Wellington Early Learning Centre

WELC is expanding our Before & After School Program in September 2024. We are looking for staff who hold diploma's in Early Childhood Education, Child & Youth Work or Recreation & Leisure. We are also seeking Early Childhood Assistants (No diploma/training required).

The hours of operations are:

Monday - Friday (7am - 9am & 2:30pm - 6:00pm)

​

There are 2 full time positions available, for qualified staff (RECE, Rec & Leisure, OCT or CYW). The hours will be

Monday - Friday (7am - 9am & 12:00pm - 6.00pm)

 

Some full days (8 hour shift) required (PA days, Christmas Break, March Break, Summer).

Must have valid first aid and CPR (level C), Recent criminal reference check with vulnerable sector (within 6 months, or be willing to get), up to date immunizations. RECE's must be a member in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators.

Multiple locations available.

Training will be provided.
